Summer Over Seeding
Common Bermuda grass will be seeded in late may after soil temperatures reach 75 degrees. Core aeration is recommended at this time.
Winter Over Seeding
Annual rye grass will be applied in the month of October. Three strategic applications of fertilizer will follow through the winter months.
Leaf Removal & Property Clean-Up
- Leaf Removal: In order to maintain a clean and well-groomed appearance, all leaves will be removed from the turf areas twice (2) per service period and once (1) from all ornamental and mulch bed areas.
- Spring Clean-Up: As part of the spring clean-up, all leaves and miscellaneous debris will be collected and disposed from the entire property.
